A Dealer Group of America Company
DrivePur™ combines the best of the nanotechnology, to offer a complete anti-bacterial treatment that is customizable and affordable. This combination encompasses a specially designed fumigation device to atomize our concentrated anti-bacterial solution into an ultra-fine mist containing hundreds of millions of microscopic “nano-sized” cleaning particles and a special spray on anti-bacterial coating for contact surfaces such as door handles, steering wheels, gear knobs, radio knobs and etc.
DrivePur™ Prevnt is a Nano size, Colorless, an Odorless and Invisible coating that is Safely sprayed onto any clean surface. When exposed to light, it reacts naturally to produce a strong oxidation effect that helps break down and minimize undesirable toxic substances and odors.
The primary active ingredient of the treatment is titanium dioxide (TiO2), a food grade, nano-coating that is odorless, tasteless and harmless to humans and animals. The treatment coating reacts with natural sunlight to break down and decompose bacteria into water vapor. It prevents fungus and bacteria growth on all treated surfaces. DrivePur™ needs very little natural light to activate the self-cleaning process, even cars with window tint will benefit.
Photocatalyst
When titanium dioxide (TiO2) captures ultraviolet light (UV), either from the sun or fluorescent light, it forms activated oxygen from water and oxygen in the air. This process is similar to photosynthesis, in which chlorophyll captures sunlight to turn water and carbon dioxide into oxygen and glucose. The formed activated oxygen is strong enough to oxidize and decompose organic materials and eliminate bio-pollution.
Titanium dioxide (TiO2)
Titanium dioxide, also known as titania, is the naturally occurring oxide of titanium, chemical formula TiO2. Titanium Dioxide is considered a safe substance and harmless. It is commonly used in paint, printing ink, plastics, paper, synthetic fibers, rubber, condensers, painting colors, crayons, ceramics and electronic components along with food and cosmetics. Many studies have been published on the use of titanium dioxide as a photocatalyst for the decomposition of organic compounds. After illuminated by UV light, titanium dioxide produces hydroxyl radicals, which react with the organic matter in the air to form non-toxic inorganic matter.
