VISION:
To successfully transform the dealership in a timely manner,
where standards are applied, into the 96-hour super sale. To
create a comfortable, profitable and fun environment for the
team and dealership. To make money, to set the mood and flow so
we improve (as a team) our leadership skills without engaging
egos and with a “ no problem” attitude stretching our abilities,
while trusting each other, beyond what we think we can do
