PURPOSE: Set the pace for a successful team. Core team must go in same direction, make sure all team members have what they need, inspire our team participants to be leaders not just at supersale. Clear with each other so that we can lead our team and ourselves to success. Commitment before ego. Be on time.
 
RESULTS:
1)     To be prepared and on time ready for the super sale (no lates)
2)     To be in a relationship with each other and dealer without engaging egos

To successfully transform the dealership in a timely manner, where standards are applied, into the 96-hour super sale. To create a comfortable, profitable and fun environment for the team and dealership. To make money, to set the mood and flow so we improve (as a team) our leadership skills without engaging egos and with a “ no problem” attitude stretching our abilities, while trusting each other, beyond what we think we can do
